**IDEALLY LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM HOUSEMATES AT THE MOMENT, FROM NOW UNTIL MID JULY**

Single room available in our bright, cozy flatshare in north Dundee. You would be sharing with myself (a postgrad medical student at Dundee- previously a social worker) and one other housemate, Ben, a PhD student at St. Andrews.

We're both pretty studious, and I have exams coming up so will need quite a lot of quiet study time. The flat has a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The living room is mostly in use as an office at the moment, but is available for communal use occasionally. Everything has just been re-done so the interiors and appliances etc are all brand new.

There is ample free on-street parking available just outside our building.

The location is handy for Dundee Technology Park, Ninewells Hospital and the James Hutton Institute. We also have a really big supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bills are usually around £30 per person per month, and internet is £12 per person per month.
