Hello folks.
I'm currently looking for a student as my replacement starting from the 1st of May in a 3 bedroom flat.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, about 7 minutes walking distance from Abertay University. A very convenient spot for university students.
The flat has a very cozy and comfortable living-room/kitchen area which is a wonderful way to bring the 3 of us together. The flat is situated so that the living space gets sunlight throughout the day which is also a bonus.

The room itself is fairly minimal, yet provides all the essentials. A bed, desk, wardrobe, and small book shelf. A cozy little space to retreat to.
