I am a live in landlord and am a working professional within Dundee.

I am looking for a female flatmate, the room is not suitable for couples or children and no overnight guests are permitted.

I have a small dog and cat at the property so the room is not suitable for those with allergies.

I am easy going and love to cook, my ideal night is socialising with friends or watching Netflix with a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.

There will be shared use of kitchen (including, washing machine, dryer oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc), bathroom and living room which also includes a dining area.

The house is fully furnished and the tenant can make use of all kitchen utensils and cooking equipment as long as they clean them after use.

The house is close to the universities, hospital and city centre and is close to many bus routes.
