Looking for a new tenant to take my place in the flat with the below characteristics.

Room:
- Double bed (with plenty of pillows)
- Closet with drawers
- Extra drawers
- Desk and chair

Kitchen:
- Al types and sizes of everything you will need. Plates, bowls, water/wine glasses, pots, pans, set of knifes, grater, coffee machine (included capsules), kettle, rise cooker, and many more. (yes we cooked a lot).

Appliances:
- Washing machine and drier
- Dish washer
- Iron and ironing board

Living room:
- Really large space with corner sofa
- Dining table
- Storage space

Bathroom:
- Clean and shiny, as a proper bathroom should be
- Includes heater

Amenities:
- Gas heater
- Just next to Lidle!!! (3 mins walking, you don't know how helpful this is until you have it).
- 15 mins walking from city center.
- Closest bus stop 1 minute walk. Second closest bus stop 4 mins walk. Every bus from here goes to the city center and beyond. I never waited more than 5 mins.
- 10 mins walking from East Marketgait (like a shopping mall, including super market, food store, houseware, clothing etc).
- Pharmacy 2 mins walk.
- Tax band A (the lowest), or 0 if you are a student.

Flatmate:
This is probably the best part, as it is important with whom you are sharing the flat. He is a masters student and really great guy! We use to cook together and sometimes sharing dinner. He is an excellent cooker and he was always willing to share his food with me. We shared stories and in general we had fun! But if you prefer less socializing this is not going to be a problem as he is really discreet, sometimes I don't even know if he is home. He also likes tennis and video games.

In summary, if you had already some house viewing, you know the condition you expect for a house at this price. This flat is not like that. It's in excellent condition! Ask me to share a video from the house, some times photos are not enough. The reason I am moving out is because I am going to live with my family (just wanted to include this as I am always suspicious of why someone moves out, maybe this is important for you too).
