About me:
I'm a Space scientist working in Dundee University since last 2 years. My tenure is completed here, and I am going back to my country, India. So my room is vacant after 30th December 2025.

-One room for rent in 3 BHK flat.
- The room is fully furnished and large, having a very good bed, table and chair, room heater, and almira, and also one small almira for goods.
- Common kitchen and bathroom and have common space.
- The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and heater.
-Shared Living room, which is very good having sofa, tables, etc.
- the Monthly Electric charges bill around 35 pound in summer and 60 pounds in Winter (when using the room heater)
- The wifi bills is 8 Pound per month.
-7 Days a week,
- Currently 1 boy and 1 girl are living in 2 rooms. They both are students and nice/friendly people.
