The building has its own unrestricted car park and a garage if you need to store a bike. It is a half an hour walk to town and there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away on London road.

Larkhall is within 5 minute walk which as a few cafes, pubs, shops and other local amenities.

I work for the university and usually have one late shift per week so you will have the flat to yourself some evenings.

I am easy going, enjoy going out for dinner, seeing live music and going to the pub every now again. In the evenings I am usually out running, going swimming or seeing friends for some food.

I am considerate of other people and happy to have a chat in the evenings or have a drink at the pub. However, I am happy to give you space and often spend time reading in the evening and keeping to myself.
