One Double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat on the top floor of a Georgian house in the centre of Bath. The flat is located 5 minute walk from the Royal Crescent, 10 minute walk into the city centre and 15/20 minute walk to Morrisons. There is on street parking available upon purchase of a permit.
I am looking for a friendly, sociable individual to replace me in the flat and to join my lovely flatmate. Either a student (Bath Spa's Sion Hill campus is a 10 minute walk up the hill or a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus stop) or someone who works locally. The flat would be suited to someone who enjoys a cosy night in but also likes to explore the city and adventure further.

The flat is rented through Crisp Cowley.

The flat was initially unfurnished but over the year we have created an interesting and eclectic interior! Small kitchen with oven and washing machine, this is then opens out to a spacious living area. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds.
