I am looking for 2 suitable postgraduate students to fill 2 double bedrooms vacated by graduating PhD students in a 3-bedroom house on Herbert Road with me (another PhD student), who has been living in the house for the last three years. The house is in a great location very close to Moorland Road shops and amenities, less than 5 minutes walk from bus stops to Bath University and about 15 minutes from the city centre. The house is very well kept and furnished with one bedroom, a living room with large TV and bathroom on street level. Upstairs are the two vacant rooms, both large with ample wardrobe/storage space. Downstairs is a large kitchen/dining room, laundry room and conservatory backing onto a long-paved garden. The property has a very friendly private landlady that gets any problems sorted very quickly and is keen to make sure everyone in the house is happy. There is no estate agent and therefore no agent fees. I will be entering the final year of my PhD in Biology at Bath. I enjoy cooking, watching/playing sports and am often away scuba diving on weekends. I have enjoyed a relaxed, friendly, and social atmosphere in the house and have never had any problems with mess or excessive noise. I hope to find two new housemates that can continue the friendly atmosphere and enjoy living in the house.
