We are looking for 6 people to lease our house for 6 months from February-July 2023

It is a lovely student house, being less than a 10 min walk to the center of town, a coop, and a Tesco and a 1 min walk to a U2 bus stop and right by the canal. It has 6 good-sized rooms, all with double beds and a decent sized living space, a kitchen with 2 fridges and freezers, with a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms, as well as a small outdoor backyard. It costs 600 a month per person and then we also pay 55 a month for utilities but are meant to get some compensation on that as we use less than expected.
