Historic Grade II listed Georgian end-terrace house built 1820. with wonderfully high ceilings and period sash windows throughout. Originally, one of the oldest pubs in Bath called 'The Highbury Arms' featuring two vaults where beer was brewed.

You will be staying in a beautiful Georgian terrace where you will have access to a shared bathroom with shower, bath and wc . On the ground floor you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, snug and a sunny south facing courtyard with sofas and chairs as well as a chimea and bbq. There are Impressive south-facing views over Bath from double bedroom.

The owner has a separate private section to the house but shares the kitchen and bathroom.

The bills (energy fair usage), water and council tax are included in the rent..
No Working from home Monday and Friday between 9.00 and 17.30.
