Massive lounge and a gorgeous sofa that acts as a bed for 3! Lots of light and a little balcony. 2 minute walk from Clifton Village and next to a park.
Ideally a female / female identifying housemate but also open to the right person. Sharing with Me, May, who studies part time Social Policy at Bath Uni. This is not a party flat but I do like an occasional glass of wine or beer on the weekend!

Council tax is £125 each (sadly very expensive because Clifton)
LGBTQ+ friendly flat. No pets sadly.
Includes off street parking/garage. The place is fully furnished with a double bed (if wanted otherwise the tenant who is moving out can sell the bed + matress) and built in wardrobe and has a bath and shower. Also to note we do not have a washing machine , but there is a laundrette a short distance away.
