The rent is £650 per month, with roughly £120 per month for bills (Unihomes, more precisely £26 a week). This could be negotiated. The deposit is £600.

There is non-permit street parking available and it is close to a convenience store with parking for rental escooter/ebikes.

There are some fees associated with the tenant swap (initially £50), but I can pay for November's rent as a compromise.

Moving in from: 11th November 2024.
Move out: 2nd August 2025.
