This is a lovely sunny, warm and cosy room furnished to a high standard, and only an 18 minutes walk from the Roman Baths, and it is probably the closes room available now within a easy walk to the centre of Bath, being a double and non smoking at this price.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and just a 5 mins walk from Morrison's Supermarket..

The room is light and airy and you do get the sun in the morning to wake up too!

This is a nice room, with double bed, quality furniture and fittings; with walk in wardrobe, swivel chair, writing desk with fitted carpet etc, and a swivel fan for the summer! and the house has double glazed windows, super fast broadband, wireless pc & printer, sky tv, and all bills included council tax are included in the monthly rent.

I am looking for a nice tidy lodger that would like to live in a home and not a bedsit.

The garden was redone last year.

I am easy going, have a gsoh, considerate, and I get on well with people.. I also know how important it is for you to have your own space, and to have a happy stay, and I like my home to be clean and tidy; which I think shows in the photos.

You will also be given all new bedding and you can choose the colour! etc, and you have your own fridge freezer as shown in photo in the kitchen.

There is one female professional here, and you welcome to chat to her, and other happy students/professionals from Thailand, Holland, France etc, that have been here before.
