Lovely sunny 1st floor room in detached, listed, Georgian house in Widcombe - a safe, green and particularly beautiful area of Bath.

Located on cusp of the countryside yet only 11 minutes mostly flat walk to Bath Spa train station with supermarket, pubs, cafes and GP surgery enroute. A 20 mins walk from University of Bath.

Fully furnished as shown (minus personal effects) with double bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and fast wifi. Huge bathroom across the corridor with bath and overhead shower to be shared with only one other female lodger. Access to 1st floor is via stone spiral staircase from the living room.

Sitting room and fully equiped eat-in kitchen with 3 shelves for personal use plus dishwasher, range cooker, freezer, fridge and washing machine for shared use as well as two courtyards and garden for shared use. It's a nicely furnished home but homely and relaxed.

We are 1 female live-in landlord, (professional, 61) and 1 female lodger (university researcher, 25) looking for an additional female lodger. It's a warm and friendly household with occasional shared meals but we also appreciate and respect own space. We'd like to share with someone who likes a tidy and clean home. There are no 'rules' just common decency and good communication.

Plentiful residents parking available if needed. No smoking inside but outside okay. Ability to manage a narrow spiral staircase is a must!
