We are located beside the river and canal in Bath.


We have been renting our spare room for just over 2.5 years now and our lodgers have all been very happy and comfortable in our home.

Shared areas include: kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom & garden. There is also a desk space downstairs which you would be welcome to use. The TV has Netflix, Prime and BBC. The kitchen includes an air-fryer and dishwasher. We also have a conservatory space for yoga/pilates.

From our house we have excellent transport links into Bath. There is free parking. It takes 3-4 mins to walk to the bus stop and it is a short 6-8 min bus journey into Bath. If you want to walk into the city centre, it takes 20-25 mins along the canal to Pultenay Bridge, or bike it in 10 mins.

Sydney Gardens and Larkhall Village are both a short walk away. The canal towpath is 5 mins away and is perfect for walking/running for exercise. We also have a shed for bike storage.

You would be sharing with myself and my son who is 17. I am easy going and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life - I like to socialise, but equally like to have some down time. My son is quiet and likes to be left to himself.

About me: I like to barbecue in the spring/summer. I love going on walks, and swim to try and keep fit. I love playing board games, and have my own mahjong set…😅 I enjoy drinking good coffee and baking. I love to have some adventures planned!

All gas safety certificates are available for viewing, and the house has carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
