Our five-bedroom house has a room available, ideal for a student looking for a comfortable and friendly living space. The room has a 4ft bed, a wardrobe, drawers, a desk, a chair, a bedside table, a bin, and a lamp. The rent is £650 per month, excluding water, gas, and electricity bills, which add up to roughly £ 60 per month.

The house features a shared living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer. We also have a small backyard with a table and chairs, as well as secure bike storage.

Please note that the room does not have an en-suite, but it does have a bathroom, which is not shared with anyone else on the same floor.

We are a group of four second-year female university students. We're a quiet but sociable household, and we're looking for a fifth female housemate to join us. Our house is about a 15-minute walk to the city centre, just 2 minutes to the gym, and 7 minutes to Sainsbury's in central Bath.

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, the tenant who previously had the room has taken a year's break from uni. Therefore, the room is available to move into as of today, but it will only be available until the last day of July.
