Hello! We’re Frances and Singing, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over our current flatmate’s double bedroom from mid-February.
The room is a furnished double bedroom in a central Bath flat share, available from 17th February. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a mirror. The flat is in Council Tax Band D, and monthly bills are approximately £140 per person, including council tax, broadband, water, electricity, and gas.
The flat has four shared communal spaces:
-A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer
-A bathroom with both a shower and bath tub
-A study with two desks
-A comfortable living room
We’re happy to share videos of the flat on request.
The location is very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. Bath Spa train station is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are several bus stops nearby.
You’d be living with two professionals:
-Frances (she/her), 29, a journalist at a local publishing company who enjoys reading, writing, and going for walks
-Singing (she/her), 28, who works in the TV industry and enjoys yoga, cooking, and watching films
We’re looking for a friendly, courteous, and sociable flatmate who appreciates a clean but relaxed environment that welcomes company but respects privacy.
We are only looking for a female, non-smoker flatmate. The room is not available to undergraduate students.
If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself!
