Fully furnished two bedroom flat split over two floors available for rent in amazing central location on Walcot Street. Georgian flat with loads of light, separate well equipped kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms upstairs.

It's so close to the city centre it's great for people who work from home, or study at either of the universities, or who work in the city or nearby.

The flat would be perfect for a professional couple or two mature students, it's not really suitable for more than two people but it could work if needed. Both rooms are of equal size.

The flat is well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped but if you have your own kitchen equipment this can be flexible (the furniture has to remain however!).

I'm looking for nice people, who will look after my home while I am away and in return you live in a lovely flat, in an amazing location. Walcot street is in my view the best bit of Bath with independent shops and cafes right on the doorstep, two supermarkets within walking distance (Waitrose and Morrisons) and the train station a 10 minute walk. The flat is on a quiet street with lovely views across the city.

The flat has a parking permit for one car for £110 per year (we can pro rata this cost for the duration of the rental).

The rent includes internet but no other bills.
