Room: Very pretty, quiet and light room with view onto a beautiful garden area.
The room includes a small double bed, bedside unit, desk, study chair and a large in-built wardrobe.

Atmosphere: It’s calm and peaceful during the day and night so would suit a working professional, a medical person needing quiet rest or a post-graduate needing undisturbed study space.

The Accommodation: The 2 bedroom house would be shared with myself – ie only one person – and also possibly a cat/kitten, so you’d also need to like cats; the spare room will be kept cat/kitten free.

Bathroom: The shared bathroom is light, well-aired and immaculately clean and I’d love to find a person who also likes a super-clean bathroom. The bathroom is blessed with a beautiful view of rooftops, trees and the Bath hills.

Kitchen/Lounge: The shared space is very large and fully equipped with everything you’d need for home-cooking; here you can enjoy a cosy TV/relaxing area, fridge/freezer, large dining table and dishwasher.

Entrance: The entrance passageway has space for shoes, coats, food storage and a washing machine. Note: I don’t unfortunately have a dryer. There is a washing line for outdoor hanging; there are also superb dryers at a nearby launderette.

About me: I work mostly from home and am at my desk a lot during the day.
My elderly mother lives next door, so I’m also often looking after her.

Location: The house is a quiet and peaceful environment away from the main road via a driveway, which also leads to other houses.

On-site parking is possible as well as a sheltered space for a bicycle, if needed.

Bills: All bills are included: council, gas, electricity, water, fast wifi & smart TV.
A cleaner comes regularly, so the floors and house are kept very clean.

What's nearby: we're close to St Luke’s church, a few minutes’ walk to the bus stops to town or to the hospital, a few minutes’ walk to the local Tesco Express and a 5-minute drive to the closest Sainsburys. The Bath bus station and train station are a 5-minute drive away or a 20-minute walk. Bath university is 2.7 miles away, 10-minutes by car. Royal United Hospital (RUH) is a 12-minute drive, (2.6 miles), or bus nr 4 a few minutes walk away that goes to RUH.
