Hi im Adrian , circa 50 ish years old. New Zealander. Ive been in Bath more than 10 years, I came here for work. Im looking to rent a bedroom, am open minded to whom, and for how long.
SINGLE NIGHTS AVAILABLE....... 40 per night.
The pic shown of the bedroom is master bedroom, and is currently fully furnished. Im happy to rent this out on a very short term basis, even daily. There is also a smaller room which would be cheaper, and a single bed in the open plan lounge.
Its an interesting house, lots of wood, 1981 build so kind of retro. A bit rough here and there, mainly because of poorly done by me DIY, still in progress. About 8mins walk to Central Bath, wiith a private section of river bank and garden complete annoyingly with a badger that comes to the back door and tries to extort food at 1 am most days.
If you are a vistitor to Bath, i can give info on History, and a guided tour.
