Pretty double en suite room for one person, that has an incredible view in a very central location, just behind the Royal Crescent 8 minute walk from Walcott St, Gay St, etc, 10 minutes to central town and 20 minutes to the station. Good bus route. Great local shops and pubs.

The room and en suite shower room occupy their own top floor within a family home undergoing redecoration, as newly moved in. We are a professional couple with an 11-year-old son. The lodger would have full use of the kitchen, sitting room, garden and main bathroom for baths if wanted, etc.

We would want a housemate who either wants to keep to themselves or become part of the family, or a bit of both! There is a garden with outdoor furniture and the ability to apply for a parking permit.

We've put 6 month minimum, but would like longer ideally. However, stuff happens and things change.
