I will soon be refurbishing my new flat in Luton and will have the second bedroom available for rent to a lodger.
It's a 2 bedroom flat, I the landlady occupy the master bedroom. It's a short walk to the town centre, university and train station and a short drive to the airport and M1

It's a first floor flat, very bright with a spacious living room, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is also garden space.
There are no pictures of the flat as it's not yet ready. This advert is to start having conversations with potential lodgers ready to view it and move into the room from April.

The rent will be £120 per week, this includes Council Tax, Water, Broadband/WiFi.
