I have a double bedroom available and ready to move into for a tidy female. In a bungalow with a garden 5 mins from the city center but in a very quiet location, with the best parks and walks straight from the door. Public transport, shop are 3mins walk. Train station 5 mins, HUB 5mins
The house has 2bedrooms and shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

MUST BE able to comfortably live with dogs as I’m a dogboarder. Room is furnished with the essentials as shown on pictures.
Parking is available in front of the house.
Short term considered, only weekdays rent considered too.
