I'm Tibz, I have lived in Birmingham for a while and really enjoy all the opportunities here: eating out, sports, and meeting a lot of people from various backgrounds. I'm a professional working as a web developer and enjoy a lot of things.

I'm looking for a roommate who is easygoing, likes to keep things tidy, and is considerate. On the other hand, I'm keen to facilitate any demands to make you feel at home and show you around if interested :).

Here you'll find plenty of space in this cozy victorian house, there are two reception rooms, one large kitchen, garden, bathroom, and a double room.
There is on-street parking if you got a car too.

I love this place as the location is perfect for me: you got plenty of cool independent bars/restaurants at 10/15 minutes walk, the train station at 5 minutes, a huge Morission at 3 minutes. The best part is that the neighborhood is very quiet. It's nice to get the best of both worlds :)

Facilities here: fast broadband with Virgin, Netflix, washing mashing, fridge/freezer, everything to cook: fan oven + hob , stand mixer, rice cooker, bread maker.. Food is the key ! And I like to cook and share food too!
There is a large garden at the back and I got a BBQ for the nice days.

This bedroom can be rented as it is or without furniture. At the moment, it comes with a king-size bed (happy to get a double with frame to save place), a desk with a chair, a side table, and an inbuilt dressing. I got an empty chest of drawers in another room if needed. The place is bigger than it looks on the pictures.
