I'm looking to share my cute home with a lodger. The double room is furnished fully with a desk, led tv and plenty of storage. when I am there you will be sharing only with me and are expected to act as a lodger. I work away occasionally. This means apart from my room you will have access and sole use of the house. so i am looking for someone who can be trusted in the house even when I'm away. I am also looking to Share with someone amicable and friendly so sharing a meal now and again. When I'm home I work from home so someone who can be respectful when I'm working is ideal. I am local to the area having grown up here and I'm happy to host and help any students studying English. The house is situated very close to UOB and even closer to trendy Stirchley, Bournville and Cannon Hill park with the M. A. C. I am a friendly person that is open to communication and ideas.
