Hi! My flatmate is moving out after finishing her PhD, so I’m looking for someone to take her room in our lovely two-person flat from 1st September.

The rent is £620 per month, excluding bills. The flat is directly on Harborne High Street and is fully furnished, apart from the bedroom. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, so you would only need to bring a bed and desk. You would also have your own bathroom and access to secure underground parking.

You would be sharing with me, a 25-year-old male UoB PhD researcher. Ideally, I am looking for another young professional, with no gender preference.
