Hi! I am looking to end my tenancy early due to finding work experience back where I am from and so I need to find someone to take over the last 2 months of my tenancy (until June 30th 2024).
I am also advertising a second room on behalf of one of my housemates in the property, also a double bedroom.

I don’t believe this house has any tenants moving in after my tenancy ends yet - that being said, if you needed to stay in the property for a longer term, it would be possible to do so, given a conversation with the estate agents.

It’s a 7 bedroom property, all girls, who are absolutely lovely and chatty.
All bills included, excluding TV licence, there’s also parking available at the front of the house.
The bedrooms I am advertising is in great condition, it’s really cosy, homey and good storage - just what you need as a student!
