Bathroom: You share the ground-floor shower room and separate toilet with ONLY one other person.

Kitchen: Plenty of storage space (your own cupboard + fridge/freezer shelf). Fully stocked with shared pots/plates, so you don't need to buy anything.

Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, AND a tumble dryer. Free street parking available right outside.

THE VIBE & FLATMATES

Mature Household: Strictly for Masters, PhD, Placement, or 4th/5th-year Medical students. Current flatmates are all at this level. LGBT+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈.

Atmosphere: Calm, clean, and study-focused. No drama.

Organized: We use the Splitwise app for shared expenses (bin bags, cleaning supplies) – everything is fair and transparent. We also have a set laundry schedule (assigned days), so the washing machine is always available. No queuing!

LOCATION (Selly Oak)

University: 20-30 min walk to UoB campus.

Shops: 10-15 min walk to Battery Retail Park (huge Sainsbury’s, etc.).

Transport: Bus stop just 4 mins away.
