From 1st June I have a large double room available. It has a big window and a nice view The view is across the back garden and the trees beyond.
Tenants can be either students or young professionals who are quiet and are non-smokers. It is a homely 4 bed terraced house 20 minutes’ walk (8 minutes’ cycle) from university and the QE hospital. The house is in the quieter and safer residential area of Selly Oak. The house has a total of 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 2 shower rooms (one is a walk in shower) and a downstairs toilet (3 toilets in total). It is in a quiet and safe area with plenty of parking in front of the house and an enclosed back garden with a patio and patio furniture.
The house has a hallway, living room, and fitted kitchen. The rent includes bills, but not council tax, band b, this is shared between tenants if they are not students. There are currently 2 working and one student.
