One room will be available in a lovely flat on a quiet street of Harborne around October 1st (flexible).

Rent is 382 pounds pcm (344 pounds deposit).
Utilities: Electricity (around 50 pounds/person/month); water (around 60 pounds/person, every 6 months); internet (around 9 pounds/person/month); council tax (Band D - we split the cost between the three flatmates), TV licence.

The contract runs until November 1st, and will be renewed afterwards.

The good-sized room is in a 3-bed, about 100 m2/1000 sq ft flat, on the first floor of an apartment building. The flat has a large, open-plan kitchen/living room with a fridge, washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a shared bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking a green space and the road.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe and doesn't face the street.

The flat is ideally located a 10-minute walk away from Harborne High Street, with supermarkets and shops nearby and 15 minutes from the University of Birmingham/QE Hospital. The 23/24 bus takes you to the city centre in about 20 minutes.

You'll be sharing the flat with Alise (32, from the UK), and Marius (27, from Germany). Alice works as a journalist and Marius is a PhD student. They tend to work during the day (either from home or on campus/office) but are happy to hang out, have a chat or go for a drink/restaurant every now and then :) (Rudy's Harborne is nearby!).
