Actual room name: Block E Flat 6 Room 4
Actual rent per week: £222.53 (the selection screen didn’t allow me to use decimal places)
There’s NO council tax band as I’ve been informed (apparently this isn’t our concern because we’re students) but if you have any questions, contact Unite Students for help.
Room 4 itself comes with all of the furniture in the pictures including the mattress (the bed is a UK small double (3/4 bed) for reference in case you are buying bedsheets for it), the pictures were taken the day I moved in so towels, bedsheets, clothes and decorations are obviously not included with the room (you’ll need to bring your own towels, toiletries and clothes). We’re also not allowed to have candles or electrical appliances operating in our rooms.
I’m moving out which means someone needs to take over the remaining contract until the checkout date on 11/07/2026.
The next two instalments to be paid are:
01/02/2026: £3,738.51
01/05/2026: £1,869.25
(total: £5,607.76)
My flatmates are very nice and organised, we find it easy to maintain a clean living space, the “shared living room” is a kitchen with lots of space. Selly Oak itself is a great place with lots of shops and bars and it’s quite literally right next to the university.
Please contact me via email (it should be here somewhere but we can’t put contact details in this description) if you are interested and I will give your contact details to the Unite Students reception who will explain the contract and tenancy agreement with you and they’ll then allow you to book the room.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
