The rent is £105 a week with £20.99 for bills. We are a household of students, friendly and all willing to help around the house. We try to keep the house clean with a bathroom cleaning rota. There are two bathrooms for six people that are cleaned weekly. There's a washer and drier, microwave, toaster, kettle and over/hob. We are looking for someone for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are about 10-15 minutes from UoB campus. We are a household who often hang out together in the living area and are happy to have a housemate who would join in but also would accept someone who would prefer to keep to themselves.
