Looking for someone to take over my room contract in Selly Oak for Semester 2. The rent is £125 a week and the contract ends in July, although you will be welcome to stay for the next year after that. Its a 7 bedroom house near Selly Oak park with a good amount of space and is warm and fairly modern. We're lgbtq/nerd friendly and do games nights together, but generally aren't nights out kinda people. Everyone apart from me is a student at UoB. If you are interested/have any questions please message me :)
