We have a room available in our 4-bed house on Warwards Lane, Selly Oak, living with three second-year UoB students.

The house has four double bedrooms, a separate living room, a spacious kitchen, a garden, and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The dishwasher is a genuine bonus compared to most student houses.

It's in a great location, around a 15-minute walk to UoB, 10 minutes from Selly Oak station, and close to the shops, cafés and restaurants on Bristol Road.

After viewing quite a few properties, this was one of the best we found for location, condition and value for money.

Rent is £94pw (£407pcm) with a £400 protected deposit. Bills and broadband are arranged separately.
