Hi, we’re looking for a fifth tenant starting from July 1st 2026-June 30th 2027.

We are in the Cotteridge area. It’s approx a 6/7 minute walk to Kings Norton train station and then a 15 minute journey to Birmingham New Street.

The rent will be £520 a month plus our bills package which is £23.99 a week, which means a month is £95.96. Therefore the total cost will be £615.96 a month.

The room is attached below. The bedroom does not have an en-suite but you will have your own bathroom, which is bigger than the other bathrooms.

We are in a town so there is a supermarket in walking distance. We also have a driveway if you want to bring your car.

Message me if you’re interested :)
