Hi there, there is an availability of one room in an all girl's house that is in Selly Oak near the Selly oak shopping centre. Shopping is super close (5-10 minute walk) with bus stops and trains REALLY close by. It is about a 15-20 minute to campus. There are 6 rooms, all en-suites, a washing machine washer, a drier, and a massive open space kitchen. Rent is a great price of £143/week with uncapped bills £95/month. Everyone living there are all second years. Super desperate to find someone to take my room 2026-2027 year.
