Single bedroom: £380 per month. If you rent weekly, £130 per week.
Deposit of the same amount is required.

Monthly rent includes water bill only. You will need to share electricity, gas and internet bill with your housemates, and council tax if required.
Weekly rental includes all bills.

Reference is required if you would like to rent monthly. ID check is required for all renter.

There is no TV licence in this house at the moment, but you can get one yourself if you would like to stay here long term.

Public areas in the house are to share with other housemates. Shared facilities are:

However, inviting friends around every now and then is ok. For those who stays more than a week, there is a cleaning routine and you will need to share cleaning duty of the house. This works out about once a month.
