The office is available 2-3 days a week Mon-Fri (and weekends) for your use if you wish.

On street parking is readily available, I never struggle to get a spot outside the house.

There is a garage behind the garden which you’re welcome to store a few things in if needed.

Situated a short walk from Stirchley with a host of independent restaurants, bars and shops.

Several large supermarkets within a short walk.

Excellent public transport links to the University, QE hospitals, city centre and more.

Lots of parks and greenery nearby, including the River Rea route.

About me:
I work for a charity and split my working week between home and a co-working space. I enjoy yoga and have an active social life so I’m out and about quite a bit throughout the week.
