I have a room to rent in a two bedroomed semi-detached house.
The property is very close to Stirchley high street which is known for its vibrant independent bars and eateries. Stirchley has recently been voted as the best place to live in the midlands due to its community spirit and its ongoing regeneration.
I work hybrid but am mainly working in the office.
The room is a double and has a large window over looking the garden. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and another separate WC. Cooking facilities are an airfryer, hob and microwave but no oven. Access to the washing machine and tumble dryer is in the utility room and there is ample storage space for a bike.
The room would suits someone who is looking for a furnished room as there is not a huge amount of storage.
