Hi, we’re looking for a fifth tenant starting from July 1st 2026-June 30th 2027. We’re in the Cotteridge area. It’s approximately a 6 minute walk to Kings Norton train station and then a 15 minute train journey into Birmingham New Street. The rent will be £520 a month plus £99.94 for the bills package. So in total it’ll be £619.94 a month. The room is attached and you’ll have your own bathroom, which is also attached. We’re in a town so there’s a supermarket in walking distance. We have driveway as well if you drive and want to bring your car. Message me if you’re interested :)
