We have 4 rooms for rent to students, price £53 - 58 per person per week (including bills: water, gas, electricity and internet). The house is across the road to Bradford University and 5 minutes walk to Bradford College and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. We have both private parking and street parking, the property hold HMO licence and we are unipol member which are suitable for students. The rooms are newly furnished and at very competitive prices.
Each room has double bed (bed covers, duvets and pillows are NOT provided), study desk, computer chair, sink, mirror, cabinet, wardrobe, bedside table, central heating and 2 double sockets.
The person would be sharing 2 showers rooms with toilets and 2 kitchens and a common room/ living room with the other students.
The kitchen contains, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and washing machine.
We prefer renting out to students. Please provide us with proof that you are a student.
