This is a double room at the top of a Victorian 3 bed house. It is accessed by its own stairway and door. Thie house is on a quiet closed end street with access to a little park for local residents It is 10 mins walk to the popular North Laines area with its culmination of independent quirky shops, theatres, venues and eateries and a 20 min walk to the mainline station or bus is 15 mins. Brighton and Sussex universities are within 10 min easy access by bus 2 mins walk away or via main cycle route. The two late night buses also stop 2 mins from here.
The room is furnished with mainly vintage/industrial pieces. Lamps, a desk, chest, iron clothes rail a new double bed., and has a view of rooftops. There is a cupboard with ample storage I am the self employed home owner. I have my own bathroom so the second is shared between two people. . A small friendly dog (I inherited!) also lives here.

The house is spacious and light with a modern kitchen and free super fast Virgin broadband. French doors open onto a leafy, secluded garden.

I work away from home 50 per cent of the time This is an easy going, spacious LGBTQ friendly household. Not an extreme party animal nor reclusive!
