Hi I live in this lovely light and airy red brick house in the heart of the Laine’s which entertains the Saturday Market ....

The room is a small double bedroom that has a single bed( linen and quilt supplied if you like). What I would like is an easy going flat mate that is self contained but social, respectful of their surroundings the house is furnished by me with personal things ....most of everything in the house can be used especially the kitchen ....has a washing machine. I prefer that my living room is my use only…
The Upper Gardener Street Market which people start setting up from 7.30am onwards has a great community feel …. I also do the Market with second hand and vintage clothes out the front of house with a colleague( who amongst a few friends use the facilities) but are respectful of property
I am a working professional who has lived here in Brighton for 20yrs & I work locally in the North Laines .

You are 2mins from Brighton Station and many bus services and 10mins to seafront with bars, cafes, grocery & clothes stores on our door step… and the South Downs a bus ride away of 20 mins

Ps. for non students the council Tax is nil
However I would add council tax to the monthly rent which would be £ 70
