I have a small box room, with single bed and small wardrobe, available for rent.
All bills are included. There is a parking space if needed.
Quiet family home. Two older boys who keep to their bedrooms and live elsewhere three nights a week over the weekend.
The room really is very small, but the living room is spacious and very rarely used by us, and I think the price fairly reflects the diminutive space!
I’m pretty easy going, but can’t live in a rubbish hole so after someone who can pick up after themselves. Noise-wise, it’s a quiet area, but Fri-sun my kids aren’t here and there’s a bit more leniency with having people over etc.
Just looking for someone normal who will pay their rent on time really.
