I'm currently staying in a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house Near Lidl with 2 other Brighton Uni students; one male and one female. Will be away from June to the end of the tenancy (September 16) and need someone to take over the tenancy. Move in date is June 16th
It is a single bedroom room with a bathroom to yourself, both pictured in the ad. Shared commodities include the living room and kitchen, also pictured.
Bills are £80 for Gas, Electricity and WiFi, and £25 for water.
Ideally looking for a student to replace me, as you will be with other students, but this isn't a deal-breaker. Housemates are friendly and enjoy a good chat.
