Hey, my flatmate is finishing his PhD, and unfortunately that means he's moving out, so I'm now looking for a new flatmate to join me in a cosy 2 bed flat near the level.
About the flat
- centrally located 5 mins walk from aldi, Sainsbury's and the open market
-10mins walk from the station
- bright kitchen/diner/living room which is a great for working from home, hosting dinner or just relaxing
- shared bathroom, including a bath/shower.
- deep built in wardrobe and good storage space throughout the flat.
-secure off street bike parking.
- we have a great landlord, I've lived in this flat for two years, and my friends lived in here the two years before and everyone's had great experiences with him.
- we have a shared garden thats nice to relax in on a sunny day
- our building has a concierge who recivies deliveries and packages on mornings Monday-Saturday
About me
I'm a 25 year old climate policy researcher. I'm relaxed, tidy and pretty social. I enjoy cooking, social dancing (bachata) , outdoor sports, live music (mostly Jazz and rock) and playing board games.
I work from home around 2 days a week, am out of the house quite often in the evening and generally spend about one weekend out of Brighton a month, and my girlfriend comes down to stay for around once a month for a few days. You'll see a lot of me, but you'll also have plenty of time where you get the flat to yourself :)
About you
I'd like to live with other young professionals or mature students, who are tidy, relaxed and friendly. Since it's a two bed flat, we'll be in each other's space, so we'll both need to be considerate of each other, share some things, and generally just keep open communication.
Finanicals:
- rent £615
- utilities (gas, electric, WiFi) ~£70 each each per month
- council tax - £64 each (for students (£32)
- deposit: £720
