Hi there,

My room is available for one week (=+ a day or two possible) at the end of April. It is a bright spacious double living with two laid back and friendly guys. Welcome to use all communal spaces and everything that's here already. Located in a quiet colourful street near Queens Park and Kemptown. I'm moving house and have a few days overlap with my new place and the current house before tenancy ends so seeing if anyone wants a cheap private room for a week.

There's a large bathroom with a bath, spacious kitchen/ living room, garden, and spare tv room.

Room will come furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers, other items can be left on request.

Housemates are really friendly and laid back, one's a civil servant, the other works in IT.

There's room for a day or two flexibility on dates.
