We are a group of 5 boys looking for a 6th housemate. We are going into our 2nd year at University Of Sussex and are open to any age/gender to join us.
3 Floor House, 3 bathrooms.
Located on Brading Road in the Elm Grove area, close walk to Lewes Road for bus routes.

💷£167 p/w , £723.67 per calendar month (Bills included)
💷£140 holding deposit needed for contract
💷£560 Security deposit needed before move in date. (Given back at end of tenancy)

10 Month Contract and the Move in Date is the 18th September.
