We’re offering a double bedroom in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in central Brighton (BN2 9NH). The flat is currently being renovated, so it will be fresh, modern and newly finished when you move in.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a small home office, a living room, one toilet/shower and a small balcony.
The available bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, a desk and chair, giving you everything you need to settle in comfortably.

The location is one of the best things about the flat — it’s central Brighton, so you’ll be close to shops, cafés, restaurants, the seafront and everything else the city has to offer.

About us 👋

We’re Filip and Laura, a professional couple who have been together for many years. We’re friendly, open-minded and sociable, but we also value having our own space.

Filip works for a large company based in London and usually commutes twice a week. He’s energetic and loves pretty much every sport! He’s also very sociable and enjoys meeting people and having good conversations.

Laura works as a neonatal nurse at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. She enjoys exploring Brighton, hiking, travelling, doing sport and trying new things.

We’re not a party home, although we do enjoy going out occasionally for dinner, drinks, concerts, seeing friends and other events. We’ve travelled quite a lot and love meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures.

What we’re looking for 🌿

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going who wants a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We’re both tidy and like keeping the communal areas clean and pleasant, but we’re not obsessive about it.

We’d be happy to have a chat, share a meal or go for a drink occasionally, but there’s absolutely no expectation to socialise all the time. We think the best flatshares are ones where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and doing their own thing.
