I would like at least 3 month let more likely 4-5 months. Longer might be possible.
Large ground floor room gets the morning sun... Comfy Sofa bed, not for the very tall or very heavy person.

Hanging rail.
There is also a floor storage chest and a 3 tier plastic bucket draw
as well as hooks on the back of the door.
However please note storage is quite limited. - suits someone minimal.
Fully furnished - room contains owners belongings, books etc
Large house all mod cons.
12 mins walk to the station.
Garden -sunny mornings and early afternoons.
Large kitchen. Some living room use. Great base. for the easy going tidy renter.

Suits outdoorsy person, who is clean and tidy with not too many belongings - working 9-5pm or studious student welcome who is at uni/college/library most days 10-4pm. Or weekday only let is also possible for those tired of commuting into Brighton at a slightly lower price.

There is one other thing to note I see a therapy client once or twice a week in the evening usually 6-7pm quiet in the house is good then.
so its handy if you have a gym night or activity night and I can try to time it round a night you go out for walk.
You can prepare your supper or be in the room but I need some stillness at this time.
It is a very quiet house generally
